Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date you received your parcel to return your product. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs are refundable if the product is found to be faulty or damaged or in other cases due to the fault of the seller or manufacturer. If you received a damaged product, please contact us at return@ovuneo.com.


Exchanges (if any)

We only exchange products if they are faulty or damaged. If you want to exchange the product for the same one, send us an email at return@ovuneo.com. 

 

To process a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase and a tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns of swimwear or lingerie once the packaging has been opened.

 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you if your return has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and the funds will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

 

Delayed or missing refunds (if any)

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
