Shipping policy

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the product and is calculated at the time of order fulfillment.

The order will be processed and shipped within one to five business days after payment and is used for quality control, packaging, printing shipping labels and sending them for delivery.

Estimated delivery time:

To Poland: 3-5 business days

To other European countries: 1-3 weeks

To the USA and other countries: 2-4 weeks

*Production time is added for products marked as available for pre-order.

A tracking link will be sent to your email address once the order has been shipped.

 

Cancelling an order

Once the order has been processed, it will not be possible to cancel it. Basically, if you do not email us within 3 hours of placing the order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it.

However, if you would like to cancel the order, please email us at help@ovuneo.com  as soon as possible. If your item has already been shipped, you will be able to make a return once you receive it. You have 14 days from the date you received your item to return  it to us for a refund.
