Terms and Conditions
§1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ovuneo.com online store.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Matters not covered herein shall be governed by the applicable laws of Poland, including:

The Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014

The Civil Code of April 23, 1964

The Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002

§2 Definitions

Store – the online store operated at ovuneo.com

Customer – a person using the Store to place an order
-
Consumer – a natural person placing an order not directly related to their professional activity

Product – goods offered by the Store, including clothing and accessories
-
Order – a declaration of intent to purchase Products from the Store
-
Sales Agreement – a legally binding agreement between the Customer and ovuneo for the sale of Products
§3 Products and Ordering

All Products offered are new and comply with their descriptions.

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable components, excluding shipping costs.
-
Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store without requiring account registration.
-
Placing an order requires accepting these Terms and Conditions.

Promotions and discounts are valid while supplies last.
§4 Sales Agreement

A Sales Agreement is concluded once the Customer receives confirmation of the order via email.

The email confirmation includes essential order details and a withdrawal form.

A receipt will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
§5 Payment Methods

Payment is made in advance through electronic payment providers (e.g., PayPal).

The order is processed once the payment is received.
§6 Delivery

Delivery is available to most countries worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the Customer.

Order preparation time: 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time depends on the region (1 to 25 business days).
§7 Complaints

Complaints about product non-conformity can be submitted via email to return@ovuneo.com.

Please include detailed information about the issue, including order number, description, and contact info.

If necessary, the product must be returned to us at our request, and ovuneo will cover the cost.

Complaints are processed within 14 days. Lack of response within this period means the complaint is accepted.

In case of a justified complaint:

We will repair or replace the item

Or reduce the price and refund the difference

Or process a full refund if you withdraw from the agreement

§8 Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email a declaration to return@ovuneo.com.

Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

The customer bears the return shipping costs.
-
Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order items.
§9 Electronic Services

All services are free of charge and available without account registration.
§10 Termination of Services

Customers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

ovuneo may terminate service access in case of violations of these Terms.
§11 Intellectual Property

All content on ovuneo.com is the property of ovuneo and protected by copyright.

Use of any content without written permission is prohibited.
§12 Gift Cards

Gift cards are available digitally and can be used on all products.

Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

Refunds for items bought with a gift card are returned to the gift card.
§13 Final Provisions

The applicable law for any agreement is Polish law.

Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

If this fails, consumers may use out-of-court resolution methods or the ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

Otherwise, disputes will be settled by a court with jurisdiction under Polish law.
